John is a life-long resident of Muscatine County. As a Muscatine native, John takes pride in serving his hometown. Born in 1957, he was raised on a farm in rural Muscatine County and is a 1976 graduate of Muscatine High School. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with Distinction from the University of Iowa in 1980 and went on to achieve his Juris Doctor degree with Distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1983.

John is a member of the Muscatine County Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.

John currently serves on the Board of Directors for various non-profit organizations in the community.

In John's spare time, he enjoys hiking, woodworking, turning junk into displayable art, and spending time with his family and friends. He also loves being a grandfather.

Will Mathis

Will is a Muscatine native. In 1998, he graduated from Muscatine High School. He received an Associate of Arts Degree in 2000 from Muscatine Community College, received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in 2002 from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts with a major in History and two minors in Political Science and Philosophy, and achieved his Juris Doctor degree in 2005 from the University of Iowa College of Law.

Will has been a member of the Muscatine County Bar Association and the Iowa State Bar Association since 2005. He has been a member of the Iowa State Bar Association Real Estate Section since 2005. Will served as a Business Law adjunct professor for Muscatine Community College in 2007-2009 and 2015-2016.

In Will's spare time, he enjoys sports, music, reading, camping, fishing, and spending time with family and friends.

Dale T. Schlutz

Dale grew up on a farm in Louisa County where he showed and raised livestock. Born in 1998, he would graduate from Louisa-Muscatine Highschool in 2017 after being actively involved in multiple sports, NHS, FFA, 4-H, Student Council and 4-H County Council. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of lowa with minor in Political Science in 2020. He achieved his Juris Doctorate degree in 2023 from the University of South Dakota School of Law.

Dale has been a member of the lowa and Illinois State Bar Association since 2023. He has been involved in agriculture, livestock production and attends the Grandview Community Bible Church.

In Dale's spare time, he enjoys lowa Hawkeye Football and tailgates, 49ers football, hunting, fishing, real estate and spending time with his family every Sunday.
